The elegant medieval village of Serravalle is known for its ancient noble palaces, castles, towers, and historic noble residences, which, together with the cobblestone streets and the refined Piazza Flaminio, give it significant historical and artistic value. L’elegante borgo medievale di Serravalle è noto per i suoi antichi palazzi signorili, castelli, torri e nobili dimore storiche, che, insieme alle vie acciottolate e alla raffinata Piazza Flaminio, gli conferiscono un'importante valenza storico-artistica. Tra i vari edifici, spicca questo monumentale palazzo del XV secolo situato tra la piazza e il teatro storico, centro culturale della città. Perfettamente conservato, è caratterizzato da una grande coerenza di stile mantenuta nei secoli. La sua imponente facciata principale mostra ancora tracce di affreschi e ospita due bifore centrali, un poggiolo ed un portico architravato. La proprietà, dichiarata patrimonio di interesse culturale, dispone di un’ampia corte interna privata accessibile dal portico e si sviluppa su quattro livelli: il piano terra, attualmente commerciale ma convertibile, il piano nobile, ricco di stucchi, affreschi, camini e con un sontuoso salone centrale, il secondo piano, anch'esso di impianto nobile e caratterizzato da ambienti ampi e luminosi, ed infine la grande mansarda. Il palazzo offre piacevoli scorci sui monti circostanti, sul Santuario e sul borgo. Inoltre, è ben collegato a tutti i servizi della vicinissima Vittorio Veneto, da cui si possono raggiungere rapidamente Treviso, Venezia o le Dolomiti.
